Wawasee Early Learning Center Summer Camp is here!

Join us for a fun-filled summer packed with weekly themes, outdoor play, exploration, and engaging activities for infants through school-age children. Camp includes free breakfast, lunch, and a snack, and childcare vouchers are accepted.

Programs are offered at Syracuse, Milford, and North Webster Elementary Schools.

Wawasee Boys Basketball Summer Youth Camp

The Wawasee Boys Basketball Summer Youth Camp is for any boy, whether they are just learning to play, or experienced basketball players. Camp will focus on teaching and improving fundamental basketball skills. Campers will also have the opportunity to compete in skills contests and games.

Join us for the 12th Annual Chautauqua-Wawasee Fine Arts festival at Oakwood Resort on May 23rd, 2026, from 9am to 4pm. This free festival features over 30 local and regional artists, food, music and a children's art activity!

Wawasee Peewee Football

Wawasee PeeWee Football and our high school football coaching staff are pleased to announce that our 2026 Summer Skills Camp will be held on the varsity game field at Wawasee High School!!

This year’s camp will give our youth flag and tackle football players a chance to interact with our high school coaching staff and players. Our goal is to cultivate a great learning experience for all levels of play within our Wawasee football family and to get our youth athletes ready for the 2026 season. Our youth camp will consist of multiple stations to help each athlete increase their overall athletic ability while learning from our high school coaches and athletes. Cost is $30 and will include a camp T-shirt (with pre-registration by July 10th).

1st Annual Cross Country Camp

Join LYC for our 1st Annual Cross Country Camp led by Elementary Coach Amy Kuhn and Middle School Coach Chad Hoffert! Open to current 2nd–8th graders, this four-day camp is designed to help young runners build confidence, learn proper running techniques, and grow their love for the sport. Elementary and Middle School athletes will be separated by age group to ensure the best experience for all participants. Campers will enjoy running games, competitions, team-building activities, and instruction from coaches and members of the WHS Cross Country Team. The camp will wrap up with an exciting race on the final day!

Turn Around Achievement Awards

Congratulations to all of the 2025-26 Turn Around Award Winners!

The Turn Around Achievement Award recognizes one student from each school in Grades 5, 8 and 12, who has made positive choices about his or her educational future. The schools’ principal and staff members select the deserving student. The turnaround can occur in behavior, attitude, attendance, and/or academics.
