Principal Michael Casey brings over a decade of leadership and a heart for building community—he’s all in for student success, school pride, and creating a place where every Warrior feels at home.

Welcome to an exciting new chapter at Milford Elementary School—we are absolutely thrilled to have you with us! At MES, everything we do is grounded in our commitment to learning, growing, and connecting. You can expect a strong focus on collaboration, high expectations, and meaningful, engaging learning experiences. From vibrant classrooms to supportive programs that challenge and nurture each child, every moment is designed to help students thrive—academically, socially, and emotionally.
We are also excited about a milestone on the horizon: our brand-new school building is currently under construction and expected to open around spring break! This new space will offer even more opportunities to create an environment where students feel safe, inspired, and empowered to reach their fullest potential. As we make this transition from our current home to a new one, we invite you to join us in moving forward together—encouraging one another, supporting one another, and always striving to “Be and do your very best!” We cannot wait for what this school year holds—it is going to be great!
